Step 1: Login to your eAssistance Pro account
Step 2: Go to 'My Account' and Click on 'Get Your Chat Button Code' option to copy the code.
Step 3: Login to your Sales force administrator panel and browse to 'Component manager' section.
Step 4: Either select an available Component where HTML tags can be used and then click the title to edit or create a new Component.
Step 5: Add or Paste the HTML chat code at an appropriate field as per your location choice.
Step 6: Save the changes made in Component manager section
Step 7: Check your website for Live Chat option by clicking on the "Preview" tab.
