eAssistance Pro Plugin for Prestashop

Allowing eAssistance pro in your WebPages is extremely easy. We already have created a plug-in to keep the integration process really simple.

Step 1: Download the Prestashop Plug-in.

Step 2: Login into your prestashop administration and go to modules

Step 3: Select "add a new module"

Step 4: Browse eAssistancePro.zip file from the computer and click upload the module and than click install

Step 5: Click 'Configure'

Step 6: Login into your eAssistance Pro account and copy the chat code from https://support.eassistancepro.com/chatcode/wizard.php and paste it in the text area

Step 7: Select your position Left, Right or Floating

Step 8: click on the save setting

You are done, Now, check your WebPages for the Live Chat icon.

[Optional] For the recommended chat code only

Step 1: Click on 'Manage hooks' under eAssistance Pro Configure page

Step 2: Click on 'Unhook the selection'

Step 3: Search eAssitance Pro in Rightbar or Leftbar and change the order of display

Now, check your WebPages for the Live Chat icon.
