To provide your customers with a real time chatting experience, eAssistance Pro allows you to add your own operator picture. You can select any of the operator pictures from the available range. Additionally, for customizing your chat window, you can replace the operator picture with the real photograph of the operator whom the clients will interact with.

Just register or login to choose the picture from the available range. The operator picture will be displayed in the top left corner of visitor's pop-up live chat messenger window.
