Lepide Software Pvt. Ltd. announces the release of an updated version of eAssistance Pro. The new version 1.6 incorporates some major changes to further upgrade the chatting experience of eAssistance Pro.
A major achievement added in this new release is that operators can now see what visitors are actually typing even before they send it. Theme or other wizard changes for the Overlay chat button can be updated directly from the ‘Overlay Chat Code’ section. Users can now enjoy a major speed boost in the overall chat experience during chat request, chat accept time and chat response time.

Various other significant updates are:
•    The installed console now automatically gets maximized (opens on screen) when a new chat request arrives.
•    Totally new smileys added for friendlier chat. Also, messenger style smileys (  :p   :D) can now be sent directly using keys.
•    Totally new reports section introduced in the console which is same as the reports available under ‘My Account’ section.
•    Visitors now get the option to close/cancel file upload while using the overlay chat wizard.

Bug Fixes:
•    Login issue due to operator login name length now resolved.
•    Issue with search engine keyword display under referrer section now addressed.
•    Offline messages can now be copied and saved for future reference
