eAssistance Pro Chat for Windows: Effective, easy and proficient Software!

eAssistance Pro Chat offers an excellent way of communication between the visitors and operators. It provides a range of crucial information about the visitors on the website ranging from visitor's location to the pages he/she is surfing.

Software can support visitors from any platform, that is, visitors from Windows/Mac or Linux operating systems can chat with operators. eAssistance Pro's Operator Console is available in two versions: Standalone Operator Console and Web-based Operator Console. Standalone Operator Console, which can be downloaded as .exe file and installed on the user's machine, works on Windows OS only. Web-based Operator Console, on the other hand, offers greater flexibility and can be used from Windows, Mac and Linux based systems.

The downloadable Operator Console of eAssistance Pro supports all versions of Windows. The administrator can easily download and install the .exe file of the Console for all the Operators on the Windows based systems within minutes.

Supports all OS and device through web-based console:

Operators can choose to login from web-based consoles and chat with their visitors after registering for the product. These web based consoles work on any operating system including Windows, Mac, Linux etc, as they do not have to be downloaded separately.
