Manage Offline mode:

I. Manage the Offline message displayed on the chat form:

Step1: Go to My dashboard, click on Settings.

Step2: Click “Chat Message" option and edit text before “Offline Message"

Step1: Click on Offline Message in Settings.

Step2: Mention the email address on which you want to receive the offline message from your visitors, in the email address section.

NOTE: You can also enable SMTP settings to receive Offline message by your email address. Click on SMTP link to mange this setting.

Step3: Choose a type of Offline message. If you want to know the details of the sender then choose form else choose text.

Step4: If you choose Offline text then mention the Offline message text to be displayed on your chat window while you are offline.

Step5: Define your Auto Responder Message to be automatically received by the visitor after by an email after putting an Offline message.

Step6: Click on for Request a call option, if you want visitor to leave his contact number for you to call back.

Step7: Click on Update after updating the changes.
