Manage chat transfer (transferring client chat to another operator):

Step1: Click on the Transfer button on the task Panel of the Operator console.

Step2: A new window will appear with the list of operators.

Step3: Select the Operator to whom you want to transfer the chat and click transfer. A dialog box will appear on your screen stating your chat has been successfully transfered.

Note: the transfered chat will then appear on the selected operator screen. He/she can also click on the reference chat option to view the previous chat with former operator and can continue the chat accordingly.
