Manage Account Password
I. Manage administrator password: |
Step1: Go to My Dashboard and Click on Settings. |
Step2: Click on Account. To change the existing administrator password, mention your new password here. |
Step3: Confirm the password and click change to Save the new password. |
II. Manage Operator Password: |
Step1: Select operators from My Dashboard, Click on the operator whose password you want to change. |
Step2: Click on Edit action given before the chosen operator. |
Step3: A new page will open where you can edit operator details. |
Step4: Mention new password here or leave it blank if you do not want to change it. |
Step5: Click Update to save your reset password. |
III. Recover administrator/ account password: |
Step1: Click on the Login link and select “forgot your password". |
Step2: A new page will open to Reset your account password. |
Step3: Either mention your email address or your account name by which you registered your account. |
Step4: Verify the image and click Reset. |
Step5: A Password request will be sent to your registered email address. |
Step6: Click the confirmation link received in the email. |
Step7: You will receive a notification on the website confirming your Password request. |
Step8: Check you email Inbox to receive a new account password. |
