Step 1: Login to your eAssistance Pro account

Step 2: Go to 'My Account' and Click on 'Get Your Chat Button Code' option to copy the code.

Step 3: Login to your Shopify account

Step 4: Go to 'Themes' section in your Shopify admin panel

Step 5: Click 'Template Editor' to open Layouts

Step 6: Now, click 'theme.liquid' to edit your layout

Step 7: Add or Paste eAssistance Pro chat code/tracking code at the place in body section where you intend to display Live Chat option.

Step 8: Click "Save"

Step 8: Click on "Live Preview" button on top
